Powerful Products
Here is a very amazing product that I often use to educate myself, over varieties of different topics - It helps me to come across many new and informative concepts and it can potentially help you if you are a lifelong learner.
It is an app called Refind.
What does Refind do?
Basically what it does every single day is it picks 7-15 links from the web according to your personal interests and the algorithm tunes itself the more you read it and brings you exactly those articles that would be of your use
Over that, you can take deep dives into new topics that spark your interest.
Organize links in collections—just for yourself or to share them with the world.
Refind is a productivity game-changer
What is my experience with it?
I came across Refind at the end of 2021 and since then I am hooked with this app. It has brought in new perspectives, and amazing articles that I have never read but they have potentially made a greater impact on my life.
Refind saves me hours of research every single day.
This app finds the most interesting reads for me from the entire world of Philosophy, Technology, Books, etc, stuff I'd never know to look for.
I particularly love the features that allow me to fine-tune my suggestions and cherry to top it is basically on every single platform.

When you do this you get a bigger and clear picture of the situation you are going through, sometimes when I do this I feel very light and it feels like the thing I was stressing about is nothing. Remember Worrying is like paying a debt you don't owe.
Music - Listening to a specific type of music when I am feeling low always cheers me up and puts me in a better mood. Backed by research that shows that music can affect our emotions in different ways. Happy, upbeat music causes our brains to produce chemicals like dopamine and serotonin, which evokes feelings of joy, whereas calming music relaxes the mind and the body.

A Great Idea: Dealing with Distractions
If you are spending too much time on social media or getting distracted a lot, which may be affecting your actual work, I have a solution that has worked really well for me.
You don’t have to stop it but plan it
You need to plan your distraction, how does that work Shaan? It means that you should, whenever you feel so, dedicate 30min to 40min as a separate distraction time in your day at any time of the day. During that time you may scroll on social media, or watch YouTube videos, but when that time expires you should get back to your work.
After I finish a certain task, such as writing an essay or studying for a test, I allow myself 15 - 20 minutes of distraction time to relax.
This was a definitive cool read! I wonder how you can curate so much of information including infographics! This newsletter will definitely gonna change the lives of many people!
